Blood Bank of Delmarva announced the Blood for a Brew Tour is back with a summer kickoff event scheduled for 5 to 8 p.m.,  at Revelation Beer Garden at Hudson Fields.

A blood drive will precede the event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The kickoff will feature music by West of One Band and fare by Tipsy Flamingo Food Truck. Attendees may bring their own chairs or sit at the Hanger Beer Garden.

BBD leadership decided to bring back the Blood for a Brew Tour to raise awareness of the need for blood donations during the difficult summer months.

All the partnering breweries and establishments from last year have returned, including Revelation, Dogfish Head, Big Oyster Brewery, Tall Tales, Crooked Hammock, Two Stones Pub and Camp Adventureland.
