Towers Comedy Festival

The  second annual Towers Comedy Festival will be held in the Rehoboth Beach/ Dewey Beach area.

This year, that same vibe is expected to multiply with even more comics, bigger names, and heartier belly laughs. The comedy is geared to 18+ and the performances will be held at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and Dewey Beach’s The Starboard. The Dewey Business Partnership will sponsor a cash bar with local libations on hand.

Alonzo Bodden, from “Last Comic Standing,” Comedy Central and NPR’s “Wait Wait ... Don’t Tell Me,” will kick off this year’s 2nd Annual Towers Comedy Festival at 8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Starboard in Dewey Beach. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Monét X Change, from “Ru-Paul's Drag Race” and “Build Series” by Yahoo, will be part of this year’s 2nd Annual Towers Comedy Festival. Monét will be performing at 10 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. Doors open at 9 p.m.
