Friday & Saturday-5 & 7pm, Sunday -2pm. The Lewes Historical Society will host “Tavern Talks”, an immersive tavern experience at the Sussex Tavern at the Rabbits Ferry House, Historic Campus 110 Shipcarpenter Street, Lewes, Delaware. 

Journey back to historic Lewistown and raise a pint in Sussex Tavern at the Rabbits Ferry House on the Historical Society’s main campus. Through these immersive programs, guests will join historic interpreters during specific eras in Lewes’ past and lend their voices to the unfolding events. Learn about the British blockade of Lewes during the War of 1812, as well as about daily life during that time.
